The key here and to any project is ensuring you can reach the organisation goals of the business. Even though all the code and the content management may be important, it’s more important to have a strategy that is completely focused on reaching the goals you need to succeed in online business.

Defining the problem

First we need o determine if you want a completely new site from start to finish or just a revamp of an existing site from refreshing old content to creating a better user experience.

Conduct the research

Identifying the target audience for your website, understanding that not all keywords are created equal and even though some keywords can bring a large amount of traffic they don’t convert to sales.

Creating The Site

You will have complete access to the site from start to finish so you can see how it looks and what other changes or modifications you need to make in real time.

Design & development

Once the layout and design of the site has been approved by you then the adding of content or the freshening up of old content begins, this includes any and all changes to site navigation and the adding of cornerstone content for better indexing.

Final Discussion

As soon as you finish the review of the site and are completely happy with the outcome it will be time to update the URL structure from the temporay link to the live website link.

Site Launch

Once approved and completely tested the site will go live, all information you need to run your business is activated so you are ready to go with only minor changes and fixes if needed.
